2/3/09 - What a nothing picture. Right? This is "Central Ave" in Palm Coast Florida. There's about a mile of road like this, lined with ornamental streetlights, parking spaces, what looks like bus-stops, sidewalks, and landscaping. Around it is nothing but open space. It's a long-term project with lots of different things slated to be built. Right now? It's just weird.
